Rock opera "Гамлєт" in the October Palace!
On May 29, Les Podervyansky will present the rock opera “Гамлєт” (Hamlet) in the October Palace in Kyiv.
Les Podervyansky's main activity is creating paintings, but it is thanks to his plays that he has gained wide popularity in Ukraine. One of his most famous works is the play “Гамлєт, або Феномен Датського Кацапізму''.
The story, which is known to many people, written in the late 1970s, is getting a second life and will appear before you in the form of a rock opera, with music composed by Vyacheslav Nazarov.

The canonical part of “Гамлєт” is included in the opera, but the story will be bigger, more extended, one of the interesting things is that in addition to the well-known characters of the play Hamlet, Marguerite, the Phantom, Claudius and Sigmund Freud, Ophelia will also appear. The author himself opened the curtain and said that the intrigue of the story will be different.
