A big pop culture festival at the IEC! 

FANCON is a special event for fans of video games, movies, manga, fantasy, comics, cosplay, dancing, and everything else that takes your breath away. This year, the space will be one and a half times larger, which means that an even more massive mix of worlds and cultures, genres and formats, colors and images awaits you.

Another goal of the festival is to raise funds for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Useful information from the organizers: 

Children up to 7 years old (inclusive) can attend the FANCON festival for FREE when accompanied by a person over 16 years old and provided that there are no more than 2 children per person. Such a person must have a document certifying the age of the child (or a copy of the document) with them. 

Participants in combat operations with a UBD can purchase a personal ticket with a 50% discount during the festival. To confirm, you must have your UBD certificate with you. In the event of an air raid alarm, festival events will be suspended, and the schedule of planned events will be rescheduled and agreed upon. In this case, some events may not take place.
