Childhood and youth

Artem Pivovarov is a self-made man who has achieved success on his own. The future artist was born in the small town of Vovchansk in the Kharkiv region. His mother was a nurse, and his grandmother was a seamstress. Artem's father abandoned the boy a few months after his birth. He was only 19 years old, when Artem born and the responsibility of fatherhood seemed overwhelming to him, although at first, he still came to visit and communicate.

Therefore, his grandfather was responsible for the male side of Artem's upbringing. He devoted a lot of time to his grandson: he took him fishing and on picnics. He was always by his side and believed that Pyvovarov would succeed in his favorite field, music. Although Artem never finished music school. Unlike his grandfather, the rest of his family believed that the profession should provide for him. So the young man went to medical school and got a degree in paramedic-obstetrician.

The star recalls that he had to sell his most precious possession, his guitar, to pay for his studies. Life in the town was not easy. However, Artem practiced martial arts and led a healthy lifestyle. This hardened his character, and he continues to play sports even now.

Musician-obstetrician

After moving to Kharkiv, Artem studied ecology and got a job in intensive care. He worked there for three long years, continuing to write music and poetry and believing in his destiny. However, his grandfather did not have time to see the singer's resounding success. The artist still experiences these memories very strongly. The turning point came when Artem was invited to a music tour. Back then, his monthly fee was the same as a doctor's six-month salary. The choice was final - music.

Artem decided to try himself as a songwriter for already well-known stars. The first steps were difficult. He had to knock on closed doors, find artists' phone numbers, send demos and get no response. Artem managed to sell his first song to Regina Todorenko for $300. It seemed like a lot of money to him. Gradually, he began to collaborate with other famous artists.

However, as Artem says, his songs were louder than he was. Despite the bright collaborations, the author of the hits remained unknown for a long time, and working with the stars was extremely exhausting. The artist was forced to work on one composition for several months because the customer simply did not like it. But he couldn't quit - the $400-500 he received was the only way to make music videos and promote his own work. At the same time, Artem Pivovarov is working on his own YouTube series "Невідомі"(“Unknows”) about semi-anonymous music authors, like himself.

Breath of success

Artem's breakthrough video was for the song "Кислород". At the time, he had released two solo albums, but it was this video that exploded on the Internet. In the story, its characters are people who have albinism - a lack of melanin. As a result, they have light skin, eyes, and hair, are more vulnerable to sunlight, and have an unusual appearance that can lead to prejudice from others.

New life in the capital

In 2017, Artem decided to move to Kyiv. He has only a guitar, a computer, and a lot of creative plans. In a short time, the artist finds a team and starts his own production company. On the eve of the pandemic, Artem Pivovarov was supposed to go on a large-scale tour of Ukraine and European countries with his own action show “Земной”. The artist himself was very careful about preparing the concert and realized his ideas in close cooperation with the director. The show became the most spectacular in his career. Eventually, the tour was organized, but with due regard to the realities.

Success with tears in eyes

There was no stopping Artem Pivovarov. Not only his songs, but also, he became a notable phenomenon on the starry Olympus. The singer was nominated several times for Breakthrough of the Year and Best Performer. The year 2020 was marked by the loud sound of the song "Дежавю", which the artist recorded in two languages - Russian and Ukrainian.

On May 12, 2021, Artem Pivovarov received his first award in his life for this work - the YUNA music award in the Best Song nomination. The singer celebrated this victory with tears in his eyes and dedicated it to his grandfather.

The project “Your poems my notes”

In the spring of 2021, the artist launched his author project. As part of this project, the artist writes musical accompaniment to poems by Ukrainian poets and records songs, also in duets with famous Ukrainian artists. Thanks to this musical collaboration, the tracks were released:

Creativity in the reality of war

After the full-scale attack on Ukraine began. He did not stop and continued to work on his own music project while helping the country fight.

Artem Pivovarov is one of those Ukrainian artists who actively support the Ukrainian people and army in the fight against Russian invaders. The first concerts that the artist gave after February 24 were for the Ukrainian military, and later he held an incredible number of charity performances in Ukraine and around the world.

The artist donates part of the proceeds from his concerts and YouTube monetization to the needs of the army, in particular, he bought a mobile hospital for Ukrainian military, a huge amount of ammunition, off-road vehicles and other necessary things for the defenders.
