Kiev National Academic Theatre of Drama and Comedy

For a long time had no own stage, the staff of the theater for a long time played on various stages of the capital. Only in 1990, the first performance, played by the troupe on its own stage, was «I’m always yours Bride» story by O. Ioseliani. Today the theater of drama and comedy performances, which are held in two languages, won the staunch authority among connoisseurs of theatrical art in Kiev.

The cast also received a collective recognition of the foreign public, showing himself at several international festivals:

• «White Tower» in Brest
• «Festival of Russian Classics» in Gomel
• «Baltic House» in St. Petersburg
• «Golden Lion» in Lviv
• «Playing Gogol» in Poltava

By the way, Ukrainian actors have been awarded by prestigious prizes and awards on many events of such scale.
